ddb Workshop is seeking a Mid-Level Architect for our growing team. ddb Workshop is an architecture firm based in Baltimore City serving clients in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Washington, D.C. The Mid-Level Architect will be involved in all aspects of project delivery, from conceptual design through construction administration. Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Principal and other staff to satisfy project needs

• Production of design drawings, construction documents, client presentations

• Participate in meetings with clients and coordination with consultants

• Conduct site visits and surveys using personal transportation

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program

• 3-5 years of relevant experience working at an architecture firm

• Professional license not required

• Understanding of building codes, documentation, and construction detailing

• Proficiency in Revit; Familiarity or proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, and 3D visualization

• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills

• Ability to work well in a small team-oriented environment

• Aptitude for problem solving and collaboration

• Applicant should live within a reasonable commute to Baltimore, Maryland
